Noriyuki SugieSASA restaurant is situated on the top floor of Hemus hotel. It is part of the Captain Cook’s Group restaurant chain. In translation, the name means bamboo leaf, which is a symbol of fertility and unity.

Following the visit of the Japanese top chef Hirokazu Kamijukokku – Jikko, SASA restaurant is honored to welcome another talented Japanese chef with proven skills- Noriyuki Sugie. He graduated in France, where he specialized cooking and sommelier. Nori Sugie worked in prestigious Michelin-starred French restaurants. Now he is guest chef at our restaurant where he will enchant its clients with his unique style dishes.
